Pilates keeps our clientele feeling stronger, taller, flexible, balanced, and inspired.
Age and a sedentary lifestyle are two of the biggest thieves of flexibility and a supple spine. Elite’s therapeutic application of the original Joseph Pilates method allows a full spectrum of clientele – from the individual recovering from acute injury or general deconditioning, to the high-performing athlete – to purposefully acquire control, strength, coordination, and skill utilizing the deep core muscles to achieve greater flexibility, and a more agile spine.
While there is an exercise system to follow, each workout is designed by a Master to address individual needs and will vary from session to session.
With Elite Health Services rehabilitative focus and skillful teaching, even patients with complex physical limitations experience exceptional results.

“Pilates addresses your imbalances in a way that makes you feel whole and complete; allowing you to do all the activities you enjoy in an active lifestyle like hiking, running, tennis, golf, or any other sport or movement. A regular Pilates practice will give you the ability to do it all better, with ease and control – at any age!” ~Corey Radtke, PMA®-CPT
